Voter Registration Form Request Successfully Submitted

You have successfully submitted a request that we send you one or more State of Alabama Voter Registration forms.

You should receive the forms within seven (7) days at the mailing address that you provided us.

Please remember that you have only requested that we send you one or more voter registration forms.

The request you submitted for each voter registration form does not serve as a voter registration form. It is only a request for a blank voter registration form.

When you receive the voter registration form, each person should fill out the form completely and sign it. Then you will need to either hand-deliver the voter registration form to your local county Board of Registrars or mail the voter registration form to your Board of Registrars.

Please note that on the back of the voter registration form is a list of addresses for each county’s Board of Registrars. To mail the form in, please address your form to the address for your county Board of Registrars.
